StillbirthMockery Classic melodic death metal with a blackened edge, akin to Unanimated and A Mind Confused. Devoid of the limitations of the Gothenburg school, Silva craft expansive journeys of interweaving tremolo melodies backed up by forceful rhythms. It's not uncommon for bands in this subgenre to have a folky touch (ie. Skydancer era Dark Tranquility) but SIlva's has a heartier, earthier vibe and an underlying forcefulness distinguishing from its nordic forefathers. Reminds me of Texas' Vex!
